Our guarantee covers any damage in shipping or defective parts on the canvas. Customer Service will happily submit a replacement request or issue a refund for products displaying damage in transit or workmanship flaws. We don't have any photo capture of the item before it leaves our facility. We require photos of the following items in order to process claims: -The full front of the item outside of the shrink wrap -The full back of the item outside of the shrink wrap -The rear barcode -A close-up of any damage/flaw outside of the shrink wrap These photos allow us to thoroughly investigate the issue and address this accordingly.
